Our broker, Paula Alcala, has over 20 years experience in all facets of the real estate industry. Paula began her real estate career as a Sales Consultant for Texan Homes, a Corpus Christi based builder and developer. Her experience ranges from Sales & Marketing, to Property Management, Lending & Finance, Commercial Sales & Investments.

Ponderosa & Associates Realtors was founded in February 1994.  Since our inception we have consistently implimented the Highest Standards & the best tools available in our Quest to provide Quality service to Our Customers.

 

In August of 2000 Paula obtained her Texas Mortgage Broker License and shortly there after joined Apex Lending, Inc. a premier Mortage Lending Institute.  Apex Lending, Inc. partners with lenders nationwide to give our Borrowers various sources to obtain Financing.
